Canon is our oldest partner. Our partnership dates back to the year of our founding, when we were just starting to build a name for ourselves in the micrographics space. Over the past three decades, our partnership has not only stood the test of time, but also technological progress and industry evolution. Today, we are the go-to provider of Canon scanners nationwide, and we have vast experience deploying and maintaining them in organizations of all sizes in all industries. We know every scanner model inside and out – and we know how to leverage scanners in any image-enabled application. We also support many older models that have been discontinued by Canon.

We’ve been an award-winning EMC partner for over a decade, though this partnership actually has roots in ones we formed with Documentum and Legato long ago. (EMC acquired both companies in 2003.) We believe so strongly in the value of the ApplicationXtender and Documentum suites that, in some ways, we built our content division around them. We also have a reputation for being a pioneer in the ways we implement EMC technologies. We continually push the boundaries and look for opportunities to further increase the value of EMC technologies for our clients. Case in point: we’re the creators of MAX Mobile, the industry’s first mobile app for ApplicationXtender.

Fujitsu has a diverse repertoire of technology solutions, but our partnership is primarily rooted in the scanners it manufactures for document imaging and content management applications. It’s a partnership that’s been in place for over a decade, and one in which we work closely together to develop unique scanner-driven solutions that improve workflows. A great example of this partnership in action is our MAX Capture Kiosk, which combines a Fujitsu network scanner with our MAX software for one-touch scanning and secure transmission to any destination. Our experienced technicians are certified in the installation and maintenance of all Fujitsu scanners.
ibml is well-known for its high-speed, high-capacity production scanners. We’ve been an ibml partner for about five years, but we’re also a customer. We have several ImageTrac scanners in our records services department – a very demanding document imaging environment where speed and reliability are a must. Our ImageTrac scanners provide us with unlimited duty cycles and superior handling on documents and forms in nearly any size and condition imaginable. And because these scanners are extremely fast and highly durable, we’re able to provide quick turnaround on any scanning job. What can we scan for you?
InoTec is a German manufacturer that has made a mark on the global document imaging industry in recent years with their modular approach to scanner design. What’s unique about the InoTec SCAMAX scanners is that they’re instantly upgradable. You simply plug in a different processing chip to increase the scanning speed, while retaining the same scanner frame and all other components. Several years ago, we recognized a need for this ease-of-upgrade capability among our diverse client base, so we formed a partnership that enables us to sell, install, support and upgrade InoTec’s SCAMAX scanners.
Kofax has been a great partner to us for over 15 years. Our team is highly proficient in deploying and supporting Kofax Capture, Kofax VRS Elite and other Kofax software – and in helping clients get the maximum effectiveness out of every technology we provide.

Rimage develops disc-publishing technologies for archiving, distributing and protecting content on CD, DVD and Blu-ray. We use Rimage products in various types of client solutions, including medical records, digital evidence management, data archiving, records distribution and more – and we’ve done some pretty cool things with Rimage products. For example, we built a custom printer interface for a Rimage system for our health care clients.
