Versatile Printing Options

Stop using a permanent marker to manually identify each disc individually. Permanent markers can penetrate and destroy recorded data on CDs. Producer III systems provide you with print options designed to match your production throughput, print permanent direct to disc labels, and will not degrade recorded data. Whether you require high resolution, full color prints, or fast and inexpensive publishing, Rimage EverestTM and PrismPlus!TM Printers deliver exceptional results.

System Recorder Technology

Rimage systems often outlast their original optical recorders. Therefore, all Producer and Professional systems are equipped with Rimage Quick-Change, front swappable recorders. When a system detects recorder performance degradation, the recorder will be taken off-line and the operator is notified. A Rimage replacement recorder can be inserted from the front in less than one minute by the operator with no prior training or tools. The Rimage Quick-Change recorder is automatically aligned to the robotics and picker assembly and can be used immediately with no setup required. As of the date of this document; CD/DVD recorders shipping are 48x CD, 24x DVD-SL, 12x DVD-DL. Blu-ray recorders shipping are 8x BD-SL and DL.
