Dan Rotelli, President
Dan Rotelli has served in his current role as president of Business Imaging Systems since 1998, but his tenure with the company dates back nearly to its founding in 1986. Since his early days as a sales representative and then sales manager, Dan's passion has always been serving the individual needs of all BIS clients and fostering long-lasting partnerships with them. Today, that passion is exhibited in his customer-centric management style, where all team members are driven to "be the difference" for clients and where management in directly involved in all client projects. Dan plays a very active role in the day-to-day operations of the company.
David Annis, Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
There's no greater love in David Annis' life than technology. In his role as vice president and chief technology officer for BIS, David puts his enthusiasm for technology and gusto for gadgets to good use for BIS clients. He oversees a highly skilled and experienced professional services team as well as internal IT staff, proving time and again that no IT project is too big, too small, too challenging or too far-fetched. David joined BIS in 2000, after working as a software developer for the State of Oklahoma and various high-tech companies.
Jason McManus, Vice President of National Sales
For over a decade, Jason McManus has lived and breathed EMC. Prior to joining BIS in 2007 as vice president of national sales, Jason was one of EMC's top-performing account managers and was responsible for the three largest sales of ApplicationXtender in the company's history. This experience has served him well in his current role and has further deepened the partnership between BIS and EMC, resulting in successful solutions for BIS clients and BIS's recognition as a top-tier EMC partner. Jason is also the driving force behind BIS's nationwide expansion.
Rebecca Morton, Controller
Rebecca Morton has been a hard-working and flexible member of the BIS team since 2004. She began her career at BIS by helping to fulfill clients' imaging projects in the records services department. Rebecca then took on the role of clerk in the accounting department, where she quickly moved up the ranks to the position of controller in 2009. Today, she is responsible for BIS's financial operations, overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, taxes and other financial functions. Rebecca also serves as manager to the company's administrative staff.
David Little, Manager of Sales Operations
David Little brings considerable value to BIS clients in his role as head of sales. He contributes technical expertise, stemming from his five years as a software integrator for our professional services team, where twice he earned recognition as the team's "integrator of the year." David also offers clients vast insight into our document conversion service bureau, where he served as manager for four years. Both professional and personable, he understands our clients' needs as well as the dynamic technology, processes and people that ensure their success. David was the manager of operations for Frontier City Theme Park for 16 years prior to joining BIS in 2002.
Zach Vobornik, Manager of Records Services
In many ways, the highly experienced records services team that Zach Vobornik manages at BIS is nothing like the team of hundreds of teenagers that he once managed at local theme parks. Yet he believes that, despite the demographic and experience composition of any team, exceptional teamwork is always built on exceptional communication, camaraderie and humor – and an unrelenting commitment to clients. Zach oversees all aspects of the records services department, from presales to project management to the successful completion of all projects. He joined BIS in 2006 as a software integrator and has been working closely with BIS clients since day one.
